HR Faculty

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable HR Faculty member with 1–2 years of experience to train and guide students/professionals in various HR concepts, practices, and tools. The ideal candidate should have practical industry experience in HR and strong communication skills to deliver effective training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classroom and online training sessions on core HR topics such as Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Analytics.
  • Develop training materials, presentations, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
  • Mentor and guide students on real-time HR practices and tools like HRMS, ATS, etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Assist in conducting workshops, webinars, and placement support activities.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in core HR functions or as a faculty/trainer in HR.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, tools, and labor laws.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and interact effectively with students.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in HR or related domains.
  • Experience with recruitment software or HR analytics tools.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
