HR Trainer - Corporate Programs On-site Freelancer

Job Summary

Restore Talent Solutions is expanding its network of experienced freelance HR & Training facilitators to deliver professional corporate training programs across the UAE and wider GCC region.

We are seeking qualified trainers with strong expertise in Human Resources, Talent Management, and Learning & Development, capable of delivering engaging, practical, and business-aligned training to HR professionals, managers, and business leaders.

Freelancers will be engaged on a project basis to support RTS client delivery across our HR and Training programme catalogue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality HR and L&D training workshops for corporate and institutional clients

  • Facilitate interactive sessions using practical exercises, case studies, and group discussion

  • Adapt content for HR teams, line managers, and leadership audiences

  • Ensure training outcomes align with client organisational goals

  • Maintain professional representation of RTS during client delivery

  • Provide session feedback, learner evaluation, and improvement recommendations when required

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience delivering corporate HR or Training/L&D programs

  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Expertise in one or more HR domains (recruitment, performance, engagement, talent management, etc.)

  • Ability to deliver training in multicultural GCC business environments

  • Professional fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Experience
  • HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, ATD, or equivalent

  • Experience with instructional design and digital learning delivery

  • Background working with government, semi government, or large enterprise HR functions

  • Ability to deliver multiple programmes across the RTS HR catalogue

  • Trainer specialisation and certification

  • Client delivery schedules and location

  • Availability and programme demand
