About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and organized HR Executive to manage HR and training operations in our institute. The role involves handling student onboarding, trainer coordination, scheduling batches, maintaining attendance and feedback, and ensuring a smooth experience for both students and trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Coordination & Support

  • Manage student enrollment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update student databases, attendance, and performance reports.
  • Address student queries related to classes, timings, certifications, or placements.
  • Collect and analyze student feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support students in certification, assessments, and placement coordination.

2. Trainer & Batch Management

  • Coordinate trainer schedules, sessions, and batch timings.
  • Maintain trainer profiles, agreements, and payment records.
  • Ensure timely class updates, reschedules, and communication to students.
  • Facilitate demo sessions, guest lectures, and special training events.

3. Attendance & Records

  • Track daily attendance of trainers and students.
  • Maintain leave, time sheets, and HR compliance documentation.

4. HR Operations & Engagement

  • Organize orientation sessions, student induction, and internal HR events.
  • Handle basic HR functions such as feedback, and documentation.
  • Ensure a positive and professional learning environment within the institute.

Required Skills:Technical / Functional Skills:

  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in student or training management preferred.
  • Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Empathetic, approachable, and student-friendly attitude.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-handling skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Graduation in any discipline is acceptable.
  • 0-2 of experience in HR / coordination, preferably in training or education industry.
