Job Description – HR & Training & Development Manager

Position: HR & Training & Development Manager
Department: Human Resources
Location: Vashi

Experience Required: 3–6 years (HR Operations, Recruitment & T&D)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations

· Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, driving organizational success.

· Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

· Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance and labour laws while maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures.

· Employee Relations: Foster a positive organizational culture by addressing employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.

· Performance Management: Oversee the performance management system, supporting employee development through training and growth initiatives.

· Compensation and Benefits Administration: Administer payroll, employee benefits, and company-wide HR programs with precision and efficiency.

2. Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer roll-out.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure suitable hiring.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment status.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification.

3. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in coordination with managers and teams.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute training programs (internal & external).
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, and evaluation forms.
  • Maintain training calendars, attendance, feedback reports, and training records.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and training & development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Positive attitude with a hands-on approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
