About the Internship:

Are you a BBA student or recent graduate looking to start your career in HR and Training & Development?
This internship is a great opportunity to learn how corporate trainings are designed, developed, and reviewed for quality.

You’ll work closely with our HR and L&D team on developing self-paced online training programs, reviewing content, and coordinating with other interns who are part of the project.

No prior experience is required — just a willingness to learn, coordinate, and contribute!

Key Responsibilities:

• Help in creating and organizing self-paced training content such as presentations, scripts, and assessments.
• Review and edit materials to maintain quality, accuracy, and clarity.
• Support the coordination of interns working on content development.
• Assist in managing project timelines and documentation.
• Share feedback and suggest ideas to make the training more engaging.

Who Can Apply:

• BBA students or fresh graduates.
• Interested in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Training Operations.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
