PeopleScout EMEA are delighted to have an opening for an experienced, effective and dynamic Senior Human Resources Change Lead. You will join one of key clients on a permanent basis. You will be delivering large, complex and transformational change projects.


As a senior leader with HR, you will be responsible for delivering key aspects of the major transformation projects. Setting the strategy for how we build new organisational units, transform existing units, TUPE and manage re-deployment efficiently and with empathy. Your work will be highly visible to senior operational leaders, directors, management board and be a critical enabler to delivering our new plan. A strategic thinker who can shape and build the companies approach to organisational change and an inspirational leader who will deliver the structural changes we need.


Key responsibilities:


On a day-to-day basis you will have these primary areas of responsibility:

  • Shape local and business level change strategies, work with senior leaders to ensure all people-based change, restructures and re-organisations are optimised – managing business objectives, employment legislation and industrial relations.
  • Be the subject matter expert and professional head of service for people-based change. Providing authoritative guidance and insight – interpreting policy within a specific context, with risk-based insight on different courses of action, and minimum legal positions.
  • Manage and deliver the end-to-end change process. Through a team of 10 HR change professionals, which you will lead, ensure change is appropriately planned, legal compliance is delivered and risk is actively managed. Lead the career transition service – ensuring displacement, and if appropriate redundancy, is managed effectively and in line with the law.
  • Continuous improvement across the HR function. Ensuring HR operations are effective, efficient and focused on the needs of the frontline user.
