HR Transformation Executive

What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?


• Support Yıldız Holding’s Human Resources strategies with a transformation-driven and employee experience–focused approach.

• Ensure that HR processes and practices operate with an integrated, seamless and experience‑focused approach across all HR functions.

• Design and roll out process steps aligned with shared models and standards, considering employee, manager and organizational perspectives holistically.

• Lead coordination activities for HR projects across the full employee lifecycle from attraction to offboarding supporting content development, design and digitalization.

• Assess and enhance HR processes regarding integration, data flow and user experience.

• Research emerging HR technologies, AI applications and global HR trends, and generate insights and recommendations for HR transformation projects.

• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure aligned execution of transformation initiatives.

• Ensure HR documentation is synchronized and kept up to date with HR systems and tools.

• Support the development of guidelines and best‑practice documents related to corporate standards and compliance.

• Track key performance indicators related to digitalization and governance initiatives.

• Prepare and present periodic reports on project progress, outcomes and impact analyses.



What Are the Qualifications We Expect From You?


• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources

• Experience in HR process design, integration, digitalization and project management

• Knowledge of digital HR systems, process modelling and user experience design

• Ability to design holistic, end‑to‑end and user‑focused HR solutions

• Strong project management skills (time, budget, scope, quality)

• Ability to manage communication and expectations in a multi‑stakeholder environment

• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and data‑driven reporting capabilities

• Proficiency in English
