HR - Transformation Senior Lead

Antalya, Turkey

SunExpress is on a path of significant expansion, with an ambitious plan to double its fleet to 166 aircraft by 2035. We are looking for a dynamic HR Transformation Senior Lead to play a pivotal role in this exciting journey. This position is responsible for developing and executing Future Workforce strategies that align with our growth trajectory, develop innovative recruitment solutions, and guide the cultural journey of SunExpress. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Director to ensure the seamless integration of HR processes, operations, and ongoing initiatives, while ensuring alignment across teams and departments to meet program objectives. Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential for guiding the organization through its growth and transformation.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR management, especially in change management.
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical skills, with a proven ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Residing or willing to work in Antalya.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives that align with company goals.
  • Develop and execute a Future Workforce roadmap that supports long-term business objectives.
  • Analyze workforce requirements and guide the development of future skills across the organization.
  • Create future-proof recruitment solutions for cabin and cockpit crew, and technicians to meet the demands of our growing fleet.
  • Oversee new workspace and office setup requirements to accommodate growth in 2030 and beyond and foster a collaborative open work culture.
  • Design with the organization a “166 Culture” followed through with effective change management practices.
  • Support process improvements, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR strategies, compensation planning, and workforce optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining best practices in all HR activities.
