Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the construction industry.
- Collaborate with management to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry professionals through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry associations.
- Provide best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Take ownership of the induction and onboarding processes.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a recruitment consultant or talent acquisition specialist is a must in construction field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools and platforms.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the UAE, particularly related to recruitment and staffing.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Degree in Human Resources and Professional certification in recruitment or human resources management is a plus.
- Excellent command of English , Arabic and Hindi written and spoken
