HR/Admin Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced HR & Admin Leader who has a proven track record of handling large-scale workforce management in the clothing & textile industry. The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented professional with strong knowledge of HR policies, factory compliances, and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR functions – Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Training & Development.
  • Manage compliances & statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Gratuity, Labor Laws).
  • Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Design & implement HR strategies, SOPs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Supervise admin operations – vendor management, facilities, transport, housekeeping & security.
  • Collaborate with management for workforce planning, talent retention, and succession planning.
  • Drive organizational culture & productivity aligned with company goals.

Requirements

  • 15–20+ years of experience in HR & Admin (preferably in Textile/Clothing Industry).
  • In-depth knowledge of factory workforce management & statutory compliances.
  • Strong leadership & team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to align HR strategy with business growth objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
