JOB SUMMARY:

We’re seeking a proactive HR & Admin Manager to handle daily HR operations, payroll & compliance, and office administration. The role ensures smooth coordination between HR, Accounts, Sales, and Management.

A. HR Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain attendance, leave & salary sheets (ESSL & HRMS).
  • Prepare monthly payroll, compliance (PF, ESIC, PT), and HR reports.
  • Manage employee records, policy files & ID cards.
  • Coordinate appraisals, increments, and employee engagement activities.
  • Address staff queries related to salary, attendance, or policies.
  • Manage Salesman daily visit assignments, reports, and performance tracking via Software.
  • Handle training, demos, queries, and monthly sales performance reports.

B. Admin Responsibilities

  • Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and supplies etc.
  • Manage petty cash, vouchers, bills, and payments.
  • Handle travel bookings, courier/parcel work & vendor coordination.
  • Monitor CCTV, internet & IT support issues.
  • Maintain data backup and Google Drive organization.
  • Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations.

Skills & Requirements

  • Knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, PT & HRMS
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Drive & Documentation
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills
  • Organized, proactive, and good at multitasking
