Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.

Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.

Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback collection, and appraisal tracking.

Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, etc.

Support employee engagement activities and wellness programs.

Administration Support:

Oversee office supplies, inventory, and manage vendor relationships.

Handle administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and office events.

Ensure smooth operation of office facilities, including liaising with building management and service providers.

Maintain and organize office documentation and records.

Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the HR and Admin departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
