Job Description

Job Summary:


The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department by performing administrative tasks and services to maintain and enhance the department’s operations. This role assists with recruiting,calling ,aligning interviews, onboarding, employee records management, payroll processing, and general HR-related inquiries.


A. The ideal person should ensure a strong and process driven sourcing, recruitment, interview coordination, negotiations, Documentations, Internal checklists etc. to ensure a smooth team building and onboarding.

B. Managing regular daily office tasks or admin tasks.

C. Handling Employee related matters, Employee file, onboarding and Inductions.

D. Ensure retention as per required policy.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.


  • Maintain and update employee records in physical and digital formats.


  • Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.


  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation sessions, and exit interviews.


  • Support the payroll process by gathering and entering employee data.


  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.


  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides.


  • Assist in benefits administration and answering employee benefit-related questions.


  • Organize and maintain HR files, databases, and documentation for compliance purposes.


  • Help plan and execute company events and training sessions.


  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.


  • 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally in HR.


  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, BambooHR) is a plus.


  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


  • High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
