Job Responsibilities:

  • Benefits administration
  • Employee HRIS (data and file) management
  • Manage and respond to inquiries received via email, fax/phone
  • Support our Global HR partners by addressing employee issues and concerns


Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate
  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations/Benefits administration
  • Comfortable working US Hours
  • Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Location: Karachi, NASTP
  • Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM / 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Evening/Night)
