Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our FMCG and retail operations across multiple sites. The HRBP will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving people initiatives, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development to ensure high performance, engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders across retail and FMCG functions to understand talent needs and workforce priorities

Lead end-to-end HR support across recruitment, onboarding, performance, training, and succession planning

Support manpower planning and talent deployment across retail stores, warehouses, field sales teams, and head office functions

Provide coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulatory requirements

Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes professionally and fairly

Lead and drive employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and retention initiatives

Support learning & development initiatives tailored to retail and FMCG operational environments

Partner with payroll and comp & benefits teams to ensure accurate and consistent employee data and reward structures

Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance trends) and provide insights to business leaders

Champion company culture and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred: CIPD, SHRM, PHRI)

5 - 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role supporting FMCG and/or retail operations

Strong understanding of field-based HR, blue-collar workforce dynamics, and multi-site HR support

Proven experience managing employee relations, performance cycles, and talent development frameworks

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently in fast-paced operational environments

Strong HR systems knowledge (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and solid Excel/reporting capability

Familiarity with GCC/UAE labor law
