Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies,

-SOPs, and frameworks- Create and manage job descriptions (JDs)

- Drive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives

- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee support

- Partner with management to align HR practices with business objective
