We're looking for a strategic and people-first HR Business Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work directly with business leaders across one or more product and engineering functions to drive people strategy, organizational design, and talent programs that scale with our business. You'll be a trusted advisor who combines strong HR fundamentals with the ability to operate in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

Strategic Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders on people-related matters, from team structure to performance and culture.
  • Translate business goals into people strategies that support headcount planning, organizational design, and capability building.
  • Lead workforce planning cycles in partnership with Finance and Talent Acquisition.

Employee Relations & Performance

  • Manage complex employee relations issues with sound judgment, empathy, and a fair process.
  • Coach Managers on performance management, difficult conversations, and team effectiveness.
  • Drive calibration and performance review cycles within your business units.

Culture & Engagement

  • Analyze engagement survey data and partner with leaders on targeted action plans.
  • Champion inclusion and belonging initiatives within your business units.
  • Identify and address early signs of team health or retention risks.

HR Programs & Operations

  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (Total Rewards, L&D, Talent Acquisition) to deliver and localize programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal policies.
  • Use HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive interventions.

Required

  • 3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 years in an HRBP or generalist role supporting a tech or SaaS organization.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with empolyees, managers and senior leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with performance management cycles, compensation reviews, and org design.
  • Data literate comfortable pulling and interpreting people analytics to inform decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication able to influence without authority.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resource: 3 years (Preferred)
  • HRBP: 1 year (Preferred)
