Position Summary:

Incumbent will be responsible for partnering with Business Team to align HR strategies with business objectives, while ensuring consistency and compliance with company-wide policies and procedures. Will be responsible to provide guidance and support on a range of HR-related activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and talent development.


The purpose of this position is to support Lead HR Business Partner in translating and implementing unit or function business plans in the form of an HR strategy. They will also act as a liaison between the business and other HR services.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • HR business partner for easypaisa business team (Product, Growth and Marketing).
  • The HRBP will develop and implement people strategies/frameworks which will incorporate sound organization development principles. This will include a talent management plan in the team which ensures that individuals enter, move up, across, or out of the organization in a way that benefits the team and wider business.
  • Performance Management: Executing annual processes such as Goal Setting, EES Surveys, Final Appraisal, Talent reviews, Performance improvement plans, etc
  • Facilitate group sessions of annual engagement survey and work with management on action planning along with consistent follow-up and progress accountability.
  • Periodically analyse the metrics strategically and provide feedback and recommendations to the management.
  • Responsible to Conduct Townhalls & HR sessions
  • To support Lead HRBP in developing a high-performance culture through efficient and timely capacity planning, right recruitment, proper implementation of People policies and processes, and customized interventions and deliver on its strategy and goals.
  • Be an active team member and establish strong relationships with all internal/external Stake holders including the extended HR family.
  • Support Lead HRBP in providing strategic and tactical workforce planning in alignment with the client’s business plan
  • Understands & applies Organization development frameworks to senior team thinking e.g. talent pipeline, succession planning, high performance culture, etc.
  • Responsible for execution of HR programs and developing cultural values in the division.
  • Responsible for improvement of employment cycle activities including recruitment, trainings, employee engagement based on data analytics.
  • To ensure rewards and incentives are designed to achieve business unit or function’s goals, in close cooperation with Reward Expert Team.
  • Identify learning gaps and development needs of the stakeholders and act as a channel to communicate learning needs to appropriate units.
  • Drive change management initiatives in alignment with company goals and values.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team to utilize their strength, experience and expand team’s capability to meet current & future business needs.
  • Ensure adoption and compliance to Easypaisa policies and advise line managers on matters related to people management including but not limited to Compliance and Performance investigations.
  • Coordinate execution and adherence to Bank’s HR principles, practices and policies, and be the department expert on all people related practices and policies.


Knowledge and Experience


Education:

Minimum BBA degree from any reputable institute, MBA in HR preferred

Experience:

6-8 Years of relevant work experience
