About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Seasoned Human Resource Business Partner
(Arabic speaking must)
to oversee all aspects of human resources operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will be Arabic-speaking with a proven track record of managing
HR functions including experience working with Emirati employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and training.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Build strong relationships with Emirati employees and support Emiratisation initiatives.

Oversee employee engagement and retention programs.

Advise management on organizational structure, talent management, and succession planning.

Manage and mentor the HR team to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Expertise in managing Government relations and Emritisaiton.

Demonstrated experience working with Emirati employees.

Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
