Location: Narsapura, Karnataka (Near Bangalore)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Week: 6 days a week (On-site role)


About the Role

We are looking for a strong HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to manage all HR activities for our manufacturing site in Narsapura . This person will work closely with business leaders to make sure our people practices support business goals and help build an engaging, high-performance culture.

This is a leadership role that combines strategy, operations, and people management. The ideal person should enjoy working with teams, solving people challenges, and driving HR excellence on the ground.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead HR for the site: Be the main HR contact for business leaders and employees. Align people initiatives with company goals.
  • Partner with leadership: Understand business needs and provide HR solutions around workforce planning, talent, and performance.
  • Improve employee experience: Drive engagement, inclusion, and well-being initiatives at the site.
  • Support change and growth: Work on organization design, role changes, and new projects in collaboration with HR centers of excellence (Talent, L&D, Rewards, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance: Make sure all HR practices follow legal, ethical, and Tata Group standards.
  • Develop your team: Guide and coach HR team members, helping them grow their skills and confidence.


What You’ll Need

  • Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in HR, in manufacturing or EMS industries .
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategy with day-to-day execution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment.
