About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management, aligning business objectives with employees and driving organizational effectiveness through HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with retail management to understand business goals and workforce needs.
  • Implement HR strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support performance management, training, and succession planning.
  • Drive HR projects and initiatives to strengthen company culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven HR experience (preferably in retail or multi-branch operations).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/HRM systems (e.g., FLOWHCM, SAP HR, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
