About the Role:

Faisal Movers Express is looking for a passionate and performance-driven Assistant Manager – Retail to lead and grow retail sales across the Lahore Zone.

The position involves training retail staff, boosting zonal sales, and developing potential corporate clients to strengthen our market presence in cargo and courier services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support all retail outlets within the Lahore Zone to ensure operational excellence.
• Train and motivate retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
• Implement sales strategies to boost cargo and courier volumes across the zone.
• Identify and engage potential corporate clients to develop long-term business relationships.
• Conduct regular visits and performance reviews for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, branding, and service standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Commercial, Operations, Accounts) for seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in retail, logistics, or courier operations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing multiple locations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop new business opportunities and corporate partnerships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
