Hourly Pay Range:
$35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
HRIS Analyst
As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Human Resources Information System. You will work closely with HR leaders to ensure the system's effectiveness in supporting various HR processes, including recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and reporting.

  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Required Travel: travel to other Endeavor Health locations may be required
What you will do:
  • Administering and maintaining the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, security, and system functionality.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues and provide technical support to HR staff.
  • Overseeing the input, processing, and retrieval of HR data in the HRIS.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Developing and maintaining data entry standards and procedures.
  • Generating regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards using HRIS data. Provide insights and analysis to support HR decision-making and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborating with IT and other relevant departments to integrate the HRIS with other hospital systems and applications, such as payroll, timekeeping, and talent management systems.
  • Identifying opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
  • Collaborating with vendors or IT teams to implement upgrades and new features to optimize system performance.
  • Providing training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality, report generation, and data retrieval.
  • Creating user guides and documentation as needed.
  • Ensuring the HRIS is compliant with relevant federal, state, and local regulations and data privacy laws.
  • Implementing and monitoring security measures to protect sensitive HR data.
  • Collaborating with HR leaders to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
  • Identifying areas where technology can enhance efficiency.
What you will need:
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or Information Technology, required
  • Experience:
    • 3 Years of experience in HRIS administration and management, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting required.
    • Prior experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and proficiency in data analysis tools preferred.
