3 year(s): experience and proficiency using and reporting from HRIS systems such as HCM, applicant tracking, benefits administration, time & attendance, and other related people tools. Must have more than a basic user’s understanding of PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM, Kronos, UKG, Symplr: Position Manager, and/or Workday.
