Job Summary and Description

Supports and maintains the Human Resource System (HRS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Supports HRS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Reports to the District Human Resources Department.


Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience is required.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Five years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in data manipulation, developing HR reports, and /or working in a higher education environment.
  • One or more years of project management experience.
  • Systems implementation experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Must have a valid driver license and be insurable through the organization’s insurers.
  • Prefer IT certification.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
