Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Consultation: Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs, document requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Analytics Development: Translate business requirements into impactful reports and dashboards that enable organizational insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR Technology, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and robust analytics solutions.
- Workday Reporting/Analytics Configuration: Configure Workday dashboards, reports, Discovery Boards, and other people analytics tools as needed. Provide training and troubleshoot issues on these tools.
- Standards & Governance: Establish and maintain standards for people analytics, collaborating with HR partners to centralize metric definitions.
- Privacy & Security: Partner with HR, Ethics & Compliance, Data Privacy, and Legal to uphold data privacy and security standards.
- Mentorship: Guide team members on best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience configuring Workday dashboards, reporting, Discovery Boards, Prism, and/or People Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience designing and implementing dashboards in other analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Project management experience with multiple priorities and stakeholders. Familiarity with configuration of the full Workday HCM suite. Continuous improvement mindset.
