HRIS Program Lead

The HRIS Program Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the HR Digital Transformation and Workforce Analytics initiatives within the organization. This strategic position requires a highly experienced professional with extensive knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and a proven track record of leading complex program delivery. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to design, implement, and optimize HRIS processes that enhance data management, facilitate workforce analytics, and improve employee experience. This role demands a deep understanding of technology solutions, analytics frameworks, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations. The HRIS Program Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to align HRIS capabilities with business objectives, ensuring that data integrity, accessibility, and security are maintained throughout all operations. This role is also responsible for fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and providing analytical insights to inform talent management strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a specific focus on HRIS management and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale HR transformation initiatives, particularly within the context of HRIS implementation and workforce analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of various HRIS platforms and tools (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and their integration into business processes.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Comprehensive understanding of workforce analytics methodologies, including predictive analytics, talent management, and data visualization techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and change management, with an ability to effectively communicate the value of HR technology solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and drive process improvements.
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs that enhance HR capabilities and promote data literacy within the organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring and developing high-performing HRIS teams.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance within the HR domain, particularly concerning data protection and privacy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of HRIS programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the overarching HR digital transformation framework.
  • Oversee the design, configuration, and optimization of HRIS systems and processes to ensure effective data management and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive roadmap for HRIS implementation and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Conduct needs assessment to identify HR requirements for technology solutions that enhance user experience and support workforce analytics.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards that provide insights into workforce trends, effectiveness, and ROI of HR initiatives.
  • Champion the adoption of data-driven decision-making within HR through the utilization of advanced analytical tools and research methodologies.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the HR team’s capabilities in using HRIS and interpreting workforce analytics.
  • Implement change management strategies that prepare employees for new HR technology solutions, addressing resistance and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and security within HRIS.
  • Evaluate and manage vendor relationships to ensure service excellence and optimal performance of HR technology solutions.
