🔹 Position Overview:

Madkour Holding is seeking an experienced HRIS Section Head to lead and manage the full lifecycle of HR Information Systems across all business units. The ideal candidate will oversee system implementation, data governance, process automation, and HR analytics in alignment with the company’s operations and workforce requirements.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

HRIS Management & Optimization:

• Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the HR Information System (HRIS).

• Ensure system integrity, accuracy of HR data, and adherence to data governance standards.

• Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and integration with payroll, time attendance, recruitment, and HCM-ERP modules.

Process Automation & Digital HR:

• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes across project sites, workshops, and head office.

• Support digital transformation initiatives within the HR function, ensuring alignment with Human Capital operational needs.

• Develop workflow improvements for onboarding, mobilization, evaluations, and workforce planning.

Reporting & HR Analytics:

• Deliver accurate and timely HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to management.

• Support decision-making through workforce data insights (turnover, manpower allocation, productivity, etc.).

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive HR data.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and Project Management teams to ensure effective HRIS utilization.

• Provide user training, troubleshooting, and system support to ensure smooth operations.

Compliance & Standardization

• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and Egyptian labor law.

• Standardize HR data, processes, and documentation across all business units and work sites.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Management, or Business Administration.

• +10 years of experience in HRIS, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or section head role.

• Experience in EPC, construction, industrial, or large-scale project-based organizations is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of HR systems [Oracle or similar ERPs].

• Expertise in HR processes, reporting, data analysis, and database structure.

• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and data security awareness.
