Job Summary:
The HRIS Support Specialist serves as a subject matter expert for HR system support within the HR/Payroll Shared Service Center (REX Center). This role takes initiative of system maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring HR systems, including Dayforce, ServiceNow and iCIMs, operate efficiently. The HRIS Support Specialist supports and collaborates with team members, handles system upgrades and testing, and collaborates with HR, IT, and business partners to optimize system functionality. Additionally, this role ensures compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement in HR system processes to enhance operational efficiency and the user experience.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. Job Function:
  • Ability to perform functions independently without guidance or supervision.
  • Ability to seek out answers to problems within system documentation and through independent testing.
  • Takes initiative and seeks out online training in areas they have limited experience in.
  • Provide guidance and support to analysts.
  • Serve as a Dayforce subject matter expert, handling system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage Dayforce modules (e.g., Payroll, Time & Attendance) to align with business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement changes, and test outcomes for all systems managed by the HRIS team (Dayforce, Service Now, iCIMS).
  • Conduct system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  • Stay updated on system updates and implement new features.
  • Manage system releases and assist with testing new enhancements.
  • Provide end-user support and resolve issues promptly.
  • Handle assigned tasks and cases in ServiceNow.
  • Ensure system security, compliance, and efficiency in collaboration with IT and vendors.
  • Create and modify reports using the Dayforce reporting tool.
  • Implement, maintain, and optimize internal HR Dashboards

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of Dayforce HCM experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing HR systems projects.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Dayforce certification is a plus.
Compensation Range: The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $101,920.00/Yr. - USD $120,957.00/Yr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
