HRIS Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize the organization’s Human Resources Information System, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics. The role will support HR operations by ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, reporting capabilities, and continuous improvement of HR processes through technology.


Key Responsibilities:

HRIS Management & Administration:

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS platform (Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  • Manage system configurations, user access, workflows, and permissions.
  • Oversee system updates, patches, and enhancements in coordination with IT and vendors.


Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate employee data across all HR modules (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, leave management, etc.).
  • Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards for management.
  • Support data audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.


Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through system enhancements and automation.
  • Lead or support HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades and module implementations.
  • Develop and document HRIS procedures, workflows, and user guides.


Stakeholder Support & Training:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR system users.
  • Train HR team members and employees on system functionality and best practices.
  • Act as the key liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors for system-related matters.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience with HRIS management.
