Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize the organization’s Human Resources Information System, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics. The role will support HR operations by ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, reporting capabilities, and continuous improvement of HR processes through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Management & Administration:

Administer and maintain the HRIS platform (Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.

Manage system configurations, user access, workflows, and permissions.

Oversee system updates, patches, and enhancements in coordination with IT and vendors.
Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain accurate employee data across all HR modules (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, leave management, etc.).

Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards for management.

Support data audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through system enhancements and automation.

Lead or support HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades and module implementations.

Develop and document HRIS procedures, workflows, and user guides.
Stakeholder Support & Training:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR system users.

Train HR team members and employees on system functionality and best practices.

Act as the key liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors for system-related matters.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5+ years of experience with HRIS management.
