About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist / UKG /Kronos Analyst-Consultant to support the transformation of our workforce management systems. The team is currently migrating from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro WFM, with a targeted completion date of March 2027. The role focuses heavily on integration work, system design, and ensuring a smooth transition between platforms.

This is a high-impact role for someone with strong technical skills, experience with UKG Boomi integrations, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the migration from UKG WFC to UKG Pro WFM, currently in the design phase.

Lead or assist with integration work using UKG Boomi (or similar tools).

Understand both Pro platform and WFC environments to ensure seamless migration.

Collaborate closely with team members to deliver technical solutions on schedule.

Participate in deployments, troubleshooting, and system configuration as needed.

Document processes, updates, and system changes effectively.

Provide guidance and support to other team members during transition.

Qualifications:

4-8 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM, Workforce Central (WFC), and UKG Boomi integrations.

Need expertise in UKG or Kronos.

Experience in system migration projects is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of integration technologies, ETL, or middleware platforms.

Retail experience is a plus:

Boomi or related certifications are a plus.

Excellent collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills.
