HR/Marketing Coordinator

Required:
Preferred:
- Experience in Human Resources and/or Marketing
This position supports all Administrative functions for the Company. You will be joining the Office team. The main job functions will be Human Resources and Marketing; however you will serve as a customer service liaison answering phones as well as cross train in other office functions.
HR Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records, including data entry and updates in system
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Assist with leave management, including FMLA administration and tracking
- Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and concerns
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees
- Assist with change management initiatives and communication efforts
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
