Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and facilitating new hire orientation.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, managing conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures in line with company policy.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain accurate employee data and records within the HR Information System (HRIS) and manage payroll preparation and benefits enrollment/changes.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate annual performance review cycles, ensuring timely completion and providing guidance to managers on effective feedback.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.

Marketing & Sales

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
