
HRMS Implementation Senior Specialist (Project Coordination)

Responsibilities

Act as the internal point of contact for the HRMS implementation project.

Collaborate closely with the implementation partner to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Participate in system design discussions, validation, testing (UAT), and issue resolution.

Coordinate data migration activities.

Track project milestones and prepare regular status reports.

Facilitate internal training and change management activities.
-
Identify gaps and suggest improvements to ensure alignment with business needs.

Contribute to other ongoing internal process improvement or automation projects, where applicable.
Qualifications
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
-
3-4 years of hands-on experience in HRMS implementation or similar HR technology projects.
Functional Knowledge:
-
Proven ability to manage cross-functional communication and coordination across departments.
-
Experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into system specifications.
-
Familiarity with testing cycles, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data validation.
-
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Exposure to HR systems such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or other similar platforms is a plus.
-
Demonstrated interest in supporting business transformation and process automation initiatives beyond core HRMS work.
