HRMS Implementation Senior Specialist (Project Coordination)

Cairo, Egypt

Responsibilities

  • Act as the internal point of contact for the HRMS implementation project.
  • Collaborate closely with the implementation partner to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Participate in system design discussions, validation, testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate data migration activities.
  • Track project milestones and prepare regular status reports.
  • Facilitate internal training and change management activities.
  • Identify gaps and suggest improvements to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Contribute to other ongoing internal process improvement or automation projects, where applicable.


Qualifications


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.


Experience:

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in HRMS implementation or similar HR technology projects.


Functional Knowledge:

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional communication and coordination across departments.
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into system specifications.
  • Familiarity with testing cycles, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data validation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to HR systems such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or other similar platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in supporting business transformation and process automation initiatives beyond core HRMS work.
