Location : Bengaluru

Exp Range - 3 to 7 years

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Must-Have:

• Experience in payroll office administration with basic payroll knowledge

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good customer service skills

• Proficiency with payroll processing software with strong math skills

• Excellent multitasking skills

Responsibility:

1 Processing Payroll any Region (Preferably middle east)

2 Dealing with customer HR’s and Finance team

3 Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good customer service skills

4 Ability to prioritize tasks and to work well under pressure with minimal supervision Ability to meet strict deadlines for monthly payroll cycles.

5 Proficient in MS office tools (Excel & PPT)

6 Strong organizational skills and time management skills

7 Good Analytical skills

8 HRIS & Payroll Software: Familiarity of Oracle or Similar tool.

9 Analytical & Numerical Skills - Strong attention to detail for accurate calculations & Ability to reconcile payroll data and identify discrepancies.
