HR/Payroll Specialist

The HR/Payroll Specialist will organize, maintain, and complete all payroll and human resource records, paperwork, and duties. The successful candidate must have strong customer service skills, be hardworking, and have proficient computer skills. Attention to detail is a must!

Responsibilities and Purpose

• Input facility payroll and keep all payroll records.
• Complete all Human Resources duties including hiring, employee files, employee paperwork, injury paperwork, facility follow-ups, health and dental benefit paperwork, records, OSHA logs, and information.
• Support the Administrator and other facility administrative employees.
• Answer the facility phone and act as receptionist when needed.

Experience and Education

• 1 year of previous administrative/HR experience preferred.
• 1 year of previous payroll experience preferred.
• Vocational training or college preferred.
• Must be highly organized and hardworking.
• Must have customer service skills.
• Must have proficient in computer skills.
