Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-organized HR & Front Desk Executive to manage front office responsibilities along with basic HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a pleasant personality to interact with clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients professionally at the front desk
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls and client inquiries
  • Understand and check job requirements from clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for hiring and staffing needs
  • Monitor basic HR activities such as attendance, records, and follow-ups
  • Maintain office discipline and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Represent the company in a polite and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English & local language
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Pleasant personality and professional attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
