The Hospital Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring smooth, efficient communication between patients, visitors, and hospital staff. The role includes greeting and registering patients, guiding them to the appropriate departments, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. The receptionist also coordinates with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to support daily hospital operations. Strong communication skills, a polite and calm demeanor, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment are essential. The receptionist must ensure that all patients receive timely assistance and a positive experience from the moment they enter the hospital.
