The HR/Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Scheduling staff to meet the needs of the Facility
- Checking in staff daily and being available to deal with their concerns
- Managing and collection information concerning usage, retention, and termination
- Print out and update daily staffing schedules
- Contact and communicate with management and department directors
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring of nurses and nurses aide.
- Updating Staffing on The DOH website and posting in a timely manner
- Payroll
- Managing time and attendance of the staff
Position Requirements:
- Prior healthcare or hospital staffing experience, or significant customer service experience
- Proficient in data entry
- Excellent communication
- 2 years of Long Term Care Staffing Experience needed
