Job Description – HSE Admin
Position: HSE Administrator
Location: Various project sites across Qatar
Reports To: HSE Manager
Responsibilities:
- Maintain HSE records, documentation, and databases in line with QCS and Ashghal requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports.
- Conduct site inspections for compliance with safety procedures.
- Support in coordination of safety training, inductions, and awareness programs.
- Ensure permit-to-work compliance and follow-up.
- Provide administrative support to the HSE department.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment practices and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid Qatar driving license.
- Previous experience in construction projects preferred.
