This position is based out of Egypt, Cairo-Maadi office
3.0 Position Summary
The HSE Administrator will assist with all administrative duties identified below and any other duties assigned by the Compliance Manager, HSE or Director, HSE.
4.0 Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree

Minimum 2 years office administration experience

Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English

Experience in managing databases, data tracking, data trending and analysis

Microsoft Office applications- Intermediate level
5.0 Responsibilities
-
Maintain EHS Insight User Database, custom reports, and modules
-
Update manhours and mileage monthly
-
Update all third-party registries
-
Administer and maintain all SDS's in EHS Insight
-
Update training records
-
Oversight of SSE program
-
Oversight of contractor management program
