We are seeking experienced HSE Advisors to support a major data centre project located east of Riyadh. The role will focus on ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements across all site activities, in line with Saudi regulations and international best practices.

• Implement and monitor the project HSE management plan on site
• Ensure compliance with Saudi HSE regulations, project specifications, and client requirements
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and enforce corrective actions where required
• Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness programs
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances and prepare reports
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Engineer on large-scale construction projects
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration – mandatory in HSE field
• Experience on data centre, industrial, or mission‑critical projects is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international safety standards
• Proven ability to work in an active construction site environment
• Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills
