Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HSE Director to lead health, safety, and environmental strategies, oversee compliance initiatives, and align HSE programs with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to foster a culture of safety and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• HSE Strategy: Define and implement enterprise-wide HSE frameworks.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and international safety protocols.
• Risk Management: Identify hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
• Incident Response: Lead investigations, corrective actions, and reporting for safety incidents.
• Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver HSE training programs across the organization.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Drive environmental stewardship and sustainable practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives, regulators, and industry partners.
• Team Leadership: Mentor HSE professionals and foster a culture of accountability and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
• 12+ years of HSE management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HSE frameworks and GCC regulatory environments.
• Expertise in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other international HSE standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional consulting or industrial organizations preferred.

Pay: RO3,200.000 - RO4,500.000 per month
