HSE Engineer

Responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental standards on villa construction projects. Ensures compliance with local regulations, including Trakhees, and promotes a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain HSE policies across villa construction sites
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
• Ensure compliance with Trakhees, EHS, and UAE safety regulations
• Prepare and submit HSE plans and reports as per authority requirements
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training
• Investigate incidents/accidents and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure safety practices are followed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Related Field)
• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory
• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in villa/residential projects
• Familiar with Trakhees approvals and documentation
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and practices
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
