HSE Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce ADNOC's HSE policies, procedures, and standards at project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC's Permit-to-Work (PTW) system and other safety protocols.
• Deliver HSE inductions and training sessions for site personnel.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records as per ADNOC requirements.
• Coordinate with ADNOC HSE representatives and project teams to ensure alignment with safety objectives.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Support emergency response planning and drills.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness among all site personnel.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Certification in NEBOSH is mandatory, IOSH, or equivalent HSE qualifications (MOFA Attested).
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience as an HSE Officer in the ADNOC projects preferably in telecommunications industry.

• NEBOSH (Preferred)
• IOSH, (Preferred)
• HSE qualifications (MOFA Attested). (Preferred)
