HSE Engineer – Job Description

Position: HSE Engineer
Experience: Minimum 3 years of UAE experience
Industry Preference: Construction industry
Driving License: UAE Driving License is a must
Availability: Candidates who can join immediately are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare risk assessments, method statements, and safety reports.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for site personnel.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and project-specific HSE requirements.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and propose preventive measures.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HSE experience in the UAE, preferably within the construction sector.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Knowledge of UAE Safety Standards, OSHAD, and relevant regulations.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to join immediately.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
