We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Engineer to join our construction team. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing site-specific safety plans, conducting regular inspections.. · Implement and monitor site safety plans in compliance with company and legal standards.

· Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.

· Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and client safety requirements.

· Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.

· Coordinate with project teams to identify potential hazards and preventive measures.

· Maintain safety documentation, permits, and records for audits.

· Provide safety training and awareness sessions to site personnel.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

· NEBOSH is mandatory.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in construction safety .

· Strong knowledge of HSE regulations.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Proficient in report writing and incident investigation.
