HSE Engineer

Job Title: HSE Engineer / HSE Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety Officer with 4–5 years of proven UAE experience in managing site safety, conducting inspections, and ensuring full HSE compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations, excellent reporting skills, and the ability to lead safety initiatives across project sites.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Required Skills:

• 4–5 years of UAE experience in a Health & Safety role
• Proven experience in site safety audits, inspections, and HSE reporting
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or HSE Management
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, enforce, and maintain HSE compliance across project sites
• Review and approve HSE plans, method statements, and risk assessments
• Conduct daily and weekly site inspections and safety audits
• Lead weekly HSE meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOMs)
• Coordinate effectively with project teams, consultants, and authorities
• Implement risk control measures and ensure safe execution of all site activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
