HSE Engineer

A leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain seeks to employ HSE Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

· Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices in line with company and legal requirements.

· Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

· Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and ensure effective follow-up and preventive measures.

· Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for staff and contractors.

· Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety rules at all times.

· Support the preparation of HSE documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.

· Coordinate with site teams and contractors to promote safe work practices and maintain a safe working environment.

· Maintain HSE records, reports, and performance data.

· Participate in HSE meetings and support continual improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Environmental Science, or related field.

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Engineer in construction, FM, industrial, or related sectors.

· NEBOSH IGC / OSHA / IOSH certification is preferred or required.

· Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.

· Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.

· Ability to conduct training and promote safety awareness at all levels.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Bahraini national male candidates are preferred.
