Incoming Material Inspection (PPE)
- Inspect all incoming PPE materials upon receipt.
- Verify quantity, condition, and specification against Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Note.
- Check compliance with international standards such as:
- EN Standards
- ANSI Standards
- ISO Standards
- OSHA Requirements
- Client specifications (e.g., ADNOC / EPC requirements)
- Identify damaged, non-conforming, or counterfeit PPE items.
- Raise Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for rejected materials.
Certification and Documentation Verification
- Verify and maintain the following documents:
- Manufacturer Test Certificates (MTC)
- Certificate of Conformity (COC)
- Product Data Sheet
- Compliance Certificates
- Calibration Certificates (if applicable)
- Inspection Reports
- Warranty Certificates
- Ensure certificates match product batch numbers and serial numbers.
- Maintain traceability of PPE materials.
- Ensure documentation is ready for client inspection or audit.
Pre-Dispatch Inspection (Final Inspection)
- Conduct inspection before delivery to clients.
- Verify:
- Correct item and quantity
- Proper labeling and marking
- Packaging condition
- Expiry date validity
- Certification compliance
- Ensure materials meet client and project specifications.
- Approve materials for dispatch.
PPE Quality and Compliance Monitoring
- Ensure PPE products comply with applicable safety standards.
- Monitor product shelf life and expiry dates.
- Ensure proper storage conditions in warehouse.
- Verify batch numbers and traceability.
- Maintain inspection records and quality logs.
Vendor and Supplier Quality Control
- Evaluate and approve PPE suppliers.
- Conduct supplier audits when required.
- Verify supplier certifications and approvals.
- Monitor supplier performance and product quality.
- Coordinate with procurement for quality issues.
Client and Third-Party Inspection Support
- Coordinate inspections with clients or third-party inspectors.
- Provide documents during inspection or audit.
- Support customer inspections before delivery.
- Ensure compliance with client inspection requirements.
